Glitch assistant ("the app") is operated by one individual, for that individual's own use. It accesses only the Google account of its operator, and no one else's.
With the operator's explicit consent, the app can access the operator's Google Calendar, Tasks, Gmail (read, organize and send), Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Contacts (read only) through Google's APIs, solely to carry out requests the operator makes to their own assistant.
Data is retrieved on demand to perform the operator's request and is not copied into any database. The only thing stored is the OAuth refresh token, kept in a file with owner-only permissions on the operator's own computer. A short activity log (action names and identifiers, never message bodies or file contents) is kept on that computer.
The app does not sell, share, transfer or disclose Google user data to any third party, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train machine-learning models. Content the operator asks the assistant to process may be passed to the AI model the operator has chosen to run their assistant, solely to answer that request.
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The operator can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions and delete the token file, which removes all access. No other copy of the data exists.
